HWB100: MINDFULNESS MEDITATION classes with Pam Chiles:

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION sessions with Pam Chiles: Mindfulness meditation teacher Pam Chiles teaches a universal and non-sectarian form of meditation at our downtown Hamilton office and classrooms (401 Anglesea Street, Hamilton, CBD) on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00pm during school Terms. There is no need to register for any of these sessions, as classes are open to all for a small donation. Sessions also don’t need to be taken sequentially, just drop by when you have the time!

Wednesdays 1:00-2:00pm during school Terms. Course runs for 8 consecutive weeks. For more info, just drop by the EarthDiverse classrooms and try out a session! Please Note that this course is not currently running in 2025. 

HWB210: “After the Accident: Rebuilding Your Life Through Mental Resilience”

Rosemary Johnson shares lessons she learned on resilience, recovery and mental determination after a debilitating accident, including all of the inspirational and motivational insights and practical tips she’s gathered along the way.  Rosemary will help you mentally prepare for the moments that may change your life forever.

HWB240: “Yes you CAN run fast”: Realising the potential of athletes with intellectual Impairments.

Sunil Fenandez-Ritchie is a loving father with an intellectual impairment and cerebral palsy. He’s also a high-performing athlete, who has set New Zealand T20 Paralympic records in the 800 metre, 1500 metre, 5000 metre, 10,000 metre, half marathon, and full marathon events. Join Sunil and his father Garth in a special Earth Diverse workshop, as they discuss Sunil’s journey from budding athlete to the international stage.
